I am so proud of all of you! Everyone who has weighed in this week has lost at least 1/2 pound! Way to go! We are all so FABULOUS!
In the spirit of Fall, I thought I would share with you this recipe for Crackle Spice Drops.
1/2 cup(s) reduced-calorie margarine, soft
1/2 cup(s) unpacked brown sugar
1 large egg(s)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp table salt
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, on medium speed, beat margarine with brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and spice.
Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar to coat. Place onto baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes. Yields 1 cookie per serving.
What is the best thing about these little cookies? They are only 1 POINT EACH! Fabulous, huh?
I am hoping to make some of these little jewels for you to try!
I want to start something new this week, too. I want each of us to leave a comment on the weekly post...it will be like a "virtual meeting". Lets give it a try! This week the topic will be: When do you find it hardest to eat healthy and why?
Do you know what these are? They're sugar snap peas and I love them... a whole cup is only 1 point (Thank you, Jennifer Cox). You can used spray salad dressing to give them a little flare, but I like them raw.
I can't wait to read your comments!

Eating healthy is hardest for me when I eat out. For some reason, when I see a menu full of high carb, high fat foods...I can't ever seem to make the right choice. Last week, I did make a good choice when my husband and I went to Olive Garden...but I DEFINITELY wanted to stuff my face with pasta and breadsticks. What about you guys? When is it hardest for you to eat healthy?
ReplyDeleteRight after I get home is hardest for me. I'm so hungry and dinner is still a little while away. That's when the bad snacks start to call...
